Pink wards

Why is only one person per team allowed to buy pink wards? Riot, please fix the shop so that other people are allowed to buy wards. This is a gamebreaking bug. If the other members of my team could buy pink wards and place them on the map, I can only imagine the vision we'd have.

Also, I think there is a related bug with ward trinkets. They work sometimes, but other times they don't produce any wards for 10-15 minutes.
