Give cloud drake a slow resist/tenacity buff, not more move speed

Am I the only one who thinks that the cloud drake would be way better with a slow resist? Basically merc treads buff but in dragon form to some degree.

I think they want the wind drake buff to be more for roaming/rotations.

That could certainly make it more powerful, but making cloud drake more powerful in such a way could make the game worse. A lot of champions rely on slows to varying extents, and hitting slow potency and duration at once could make soft-CC champions worse while making no-CC and displacement CC champions better.

Alistar Lucian Yasuo all have no part of their kits effected by tenacity/slow resist for instance. Nasus Olaf Karma all rely pretty heavily on slows.

I'm also pretty sure the goal of Dragon buffs is more to change up gameplay patterns with teams rather than everyone falling into the same play stratagy every game. Mountain can shift the focus to base-races and crushing towers, Ocean can shift a focus to poke-wars and endurance stratagies, Cloud to out-rotating opponents, and Infernal encourages more 5v5 teamfight clashes.

Cloud Drake having slow resist/tencaity would mostly be a flat boost in power that doesn't change play-patterns or strategies at all, as it doesn't really push any particular play style.
