Zed Buff but not his damage. Buff his E cd

Well the problem of zed at the moment is his early game and saw by the stats his mid game is one of the worst wich means zed is a late game champion and starts being strong at 30 min into the game. But he is really strong after 40 when full build. But with the meta, of dragon buff. herald and baron it is really rare for a game to go over 40 min wich puts zed in a really bad spot. I also understand that you dont wanna buff his damage but it is not necessary you could only buff his E cd and make able to make more combos in early game making the champion still complicated to play but more interesting because you will be able to trade even more in lane and have a better early game to make sure he is able to not get out traded to easily. Thank you for ur response I hope you change him because as a zed main I find it complicated to climb. And Zed is one of the champions the most enjoyed in the game but cant be play because of his stats.
