Change Summoner Icon before Game

I think it'd be great to add a feature where you can change your summoner icon before the game starts (similar to how you can pick your ward during champ select).

Riot has released some great summoner icons that match new skins but I often find myself showing my little devil teemo icon as I pick Project Fiora (and I have the Project Fiora summoner icon).

Incredibly minor, but I thought I'd bring it up!
