What if junglers could choose the buff they wanted after clearing a camp?

As in - instead of having red buff and blue buff, what if junglers could just get an option to pick one or the other?

I've been jungling since season 2, and I'm curious as to what type of an effect this would have on the game.

Right now, I think the jungle is a little too strong and discourages a lot of champions from participating as junglers. I think allowing champions to pick whether they want a blue or a red would be nice so that if you're playing a blue dependent jungler you don't get set back super hard if someone invades your blue.
