I am sick of people playing ranked games with champions that..

I am sick of people playing ranked games on champions they don't have leveled up. Every time I try ranked games I get stuck with people that don't no the champions. I think its time to update rank games so that only champions you have level up can be played. Ranked is for skilled players, And letting them pick a champion they have never played before in a ranked game is just as bad as letting a level 10 play ranked. If I try to give advise or help another player, it is met with hostility and insults. Most of the community in the game are jerks and do not care for team work. Its always about how many kills they can do regardless of how many times they die for them. For this reason I have chosen to quit playing league. I can no longer waste my time on this game. I play ranked to rank up and i do not feel that other players play for that reason.
