Well everyone knows that new champs and new skins are awesome, right? But there are a few champions that desperately seeking for a visual update like Sivir and pretty much all her skins. If not mistaken Fiddle can really fit in this list too. But the Sivir's skin look sooooooooo old fashioned and not reallistic in any short of way, so please RIOT consider the possibility to update both her and her skins a bit :)

I think Rammus, Zilean, Udyr and Nocturne (off the top of my head) need better visuals. And I don't mean pretty spell FX, that's like putting plaster on a broken arm. I mean new models and lively animations with new VO.

Sukishoo2 votesSivir and her skins already had a visual update back in 2013 and it still holds up great. The only thing they haven't done yet is fix the splash arts. But they have put a lot into their VGUs lately so the splash art updates were on hold for the champions that had already been updated (but hadn't received art)

Her animations are fluid and detailed, her VO has plenty of lines and personality, her lore is updated nicely and her theme is properly executed upon. Seems like she would be a waste of a VU, especially when we have Champs that look like Jax or Rammus in the game. Barely any lines, stiff animations with few moving parts, boring VFX, old models. They need it way more.
You are also forgetting the masterpiece that is Pizza Delivery Sivir.

Ashe was VU'd in 2012, and her kit was updated in like 2016. If anything, she needs a texture pass, but that's it. The rest of her has held up well.
MF... her model was updated. At least the exterior. Her animation rigging and her VO was not. She desperately needs to have new rigging and a new VO to match her model. If they can make the current model work with new animations, I'd be good with that, it was updated in 2015 and as such doesn't need much work. That's honestly all she needs to be perfect, yet Riot for some reason won't do it.
