Rageblade Bug

I just played a game with yi top i went rage blade as first item it was all fine until i got wits end and blackcleaver what happened when i got rage blade stacked at 6 stacks that my blackcleaver started to reduce my armor and wits end increasing my magic resist when i attack but when i get wits end at 5 stacks it started then to reduce my magic resist instead of increasing it which should not happen both ways,and there was also a game where i played with frozenmallet while rage blade is stacked at max i started to get slowed even when my ult is up can you guys look at it and try to fix it because seriosuly ican't seem to feel you are in touch with the bug report or anything of that kind thanks.! Note: any item that work as on hit may has on effect on the user i guess i also dealt damage to my self with rage blade....in deathrecap it said as true damage maybe my E is bugged with it not sure but that's what it said
