Fix Vlad Please

I was just in a 3v3 ranked flex, and we were dominating the whole game till vlad started to get a couple kills. He started getting about 1000 hp with his empowered q, and dealing about 1000 damage. Near the end of the game when it was the deciding team fight on who would win the game, he was at 200 hp and we were just about to kill him, and he used an empowered q and he gained 3000 health. I have never seen any vlad player including the pros ever get that much health back. Vlad is way too strong, and needs to be nerfed. Doesn't have to be a lot, but like maybe longer cooldowns on his abilities, or something that will make it to where he isn't using his q every 3 seconds.

i bet you didn't build item 3033 (or even simply item 3123 ) or item 3165 or even used summoner 14

I mean his empowered Q does heal % missing HP.

For sake of the argument, I will say, level 9 with a maxed out Q, and roughly 250 AP.

base heal on Q at max rank is 40 + 35%AP (88) so about 128 base. Empowered gives additional 110 + 5% (+ 4% per 100AP) missing health.

totaling 238 + 15% missing HP. If Vlad had about 2k HP and assuming he would be almost dead before he cast it. about 538. If he had a SV, it would be about 645.

So I would assume the numbers your talking about are from later in the game. But with how Vlad scales with AP and HP, I wouldn't be surprised. (But as a vlad main, I call BS on 3k healing from a single empowered Q. More than likely, a heal like that came from his ult + his Q)

Lastly, I would probably expected him to fair well in 3v3. While being a Battle mage, he's not so tanky that he can just be a primary engage. (Which is why I hate it when my teammates rely on me to be the teams tank.) But in a small 3v3 skirmish. He won't melt so easily.
