A Pause system in Ranked games

Add a pause to this game, theres a remake system in this game but its useless if a person reconnects 2 mins in (not 3 mins) and is now behind af and gets killed over and over, so much for a game. A pause would literally fix so many problems to this game, it would allow teams to pause if someone dcs or leaves the game because of some issue to their internet or pc (like mine), it can also be used at the start of a game if someone you know didnt reconnect properly and is trying asap.

http://prntscr.com/mwzblp My laptop crashed and I quickly turned it on and jumped into game to find out my team lost within 5 mins of me leaving, I didnt personally leave; my laptop just crashed (been more frequent since the lol client update lol), its unfair to me and my teammates who have to 4v5 because my laptop decided to crash 18 or 20 mins in.

Add a pause to the game, somes rule that can be added to limit the spam of pause in a game can be:

• Player must D/C, or quit the game
• Max of a 10 min pause entire game (instead of the original 20 in custom games)
