Adding bots to pvp?

What if, when a player on your team quits, Riot add in a bot version of that champion, same build and level, on Beginner/intermediate difficulty. The player that quit would still get the game ban, and would receive no IP or Experience of course. However the player's team would be at less of a disadvantage. Of course bots are never going to be as clever as players, but they might get a couple kills and at least try to hold back a lane. think of a bot as a stupid player, with basic knowledge but perfect ping. better have this stupid player than no player, right?
