Akali Rework - Her W (smoke screen)

Riot, here's what needs to be done with Akali's W, her smoke screen==> No ONE can see anyone in the smoke except for Akali who senses you (only sees you like RekSai sees when underground) in the screen if you move (maybe a brief sens, maybe a trail, etc), so if you don't move, she never sees/target you in the smoke screen and except anyone else also if people happen to pass very close to you (kinda of like Quinn's Q range of sight but only perceives enemies like the oracle tells about inv champs, with a brief image of them here and there. So both Akali and anyone else can't see each other in the smoke (no target) but can still cast non-target abilities/summmers/etc but Akali sens you through the smoke like RekSai

Akali’s shroud is her main defensive and outplay tool. She needs it to proc her passive which is required for her full damage output. Nothing needs to be done for it.

If she uses it incorrectly she should be punished for it from the long cooldown. She shouldn’t be punished just for using it.

Meh It could be brought down alittle bit, just in the fact that it blocks turrent Argo. When she gets ahead her tower dives are too punishing. Having that kind of insane mobility plus being able to drop turrent agro just makes it almost impossible to be in the same lane as her. It's frustrating when your tower, your only life line protecting you from fed characters does nothing. Most characters can only drop agro once like fizz but she can just keep doing it over and over again during the duration of the smoke which can last around 7 seconds.
