azir discussion with poll

azir is in an interesting spot he went from the second lowest win rate mid laner to the current tenth best mid laner i wanna know what people think of him hes currently resting at a win rate of 52.19% as im posting this http://na.op.gg/champion/azir/statistics/mid this is taking in account of platinum players and above so we can assume that players that are pretty good are playing him hes currently behind 9 other champs in mid lane and i want to know what makes people think hes so powerful he does have a lot of things hes able to do in his kit but hes behind champs with champs like karthus who does not have a kit as loaded as his so im wondering whats making him so unbearable to I think hes too strong in the early game he should be only really powerful toward mid game and the most powerful late game his early game is too powerful but i wanna hear what everyone thinks of azir and if you have an idea of how to fix the problem
