Matchmaking in normals right now is a serious issue...

These were just 2 games I have had the misfortune of playing. Usually the super high Elo player is on the team with silvers and low golds, while the opposing team has high Plats and Diamonds(like the first one), or there isn't even an attempt to balance the game at all(like the second one). This kind of thing has been happening to me all of Preseason, and its making it hard for me to practice champs and strategies I want to use for ranked next season. Please Riot, fix this.
