Why is your matchmaking system retarded?

I've played a couple of games recently playing bot lane marksman and It happens that I'm getting matched up against some diamond players when I'm only fking silver 1, I mean, the fuck is wrong with this game? Are we supposed to have fun? Cus feeding and getting bm by the enemy marksman who's feed as fuck ain't no fun for me
