Buying or converting blue essences?

For many people its very hard to get blue essences therefore it can take them a very long time to be able to get you champion to mastery 6 or 7. I understand that you can get like shards of the character and things like that but its very rare and mostly from chests I've only been getting skins not many Champs so I can't disenchant them. So in my opinion please add blue essences to the shop to buy with IP or maybe be able to convert orange essences to blue essences. Thank you :D!
