Teemo needs a mini or full rework. He's very easy to deal with currently, though in ARAM he remains a fucking pain in the ass unless the player is brain dead or you got a bs team comp that won't let him do shit.
I generally get happy when I see teemo on the other team. He's easy to deal with and usually leaves the team tankless. Unless it's a botlane feedfest, free win from the rodent.

in all seriousness i feel teemo doesn't do his job of being an obnoxious pos well enough lately.
Teemo is a mid laner. 95% of Teemo's don't know how to use his shrooms properly and don't see the importance of actually covering the whole map in shrooms. It's not just your lane / the first 15 minutes of the game Teemo players...
he doesn't have any way to escape ganks, is squishy af and loses out on damage because dot champs are supposed to do less but it hurts teemo too much, even at level 7 i find it hard to be effective with him
