Position Ranks are the worse than Dynamic Queue

So, I've never posted anything on here in the 5 yrs I've been playing this game, but these new position ranks are the worst f***ing thing to ever happen to ranked in the time I've played the game and I remember Dynamic Queue... Like I get the idea behind the system but the very obvious thing that is clearly overlooked is that most people don't give a crap if they lose in an off role, let alone win (wow I won 3 lp, or darn I lost 3 lp). This doesn't mean jack. Like there is a reason we have normals, to practice new stuff and off roles to then bring to ranked (if you want). I may just be venting as it's extremely tilting when one of your teammates is fill and they just dont care because it only 3 LP, like before it was like dang I gotta try hard and pray we can win this but nope now trolling on off roles is all but rewarded by the new system and NA league is as toxic as it's ever been. So why don't we get rid of it and use the ranks that you've all been secretly tracking according to RiotSapMagic or however you spell it said you were doing because this BS has gone on long enough in my opinion and I'm really starting to hate the game that I used to love to play. I get you're a big game, but your rank system which was working awesome before (I do like the new division set up you have now though), is now garbage and promotes toxic/who cares play.

I would greatly appreciate it if you sent out a vote to the players who HAVE PLAYED RANKED THIS SEASON, asking to vote to keep or remove and make the results public, I think you will be surprised how many people hate it. However, if I am wrong, I will shut up and either adjust or find a new game if I can't.
