Targon + over heal

This meta is by far one of the worst metas we have had by far surpassing the stupidity of ardent censor THAT EVERYONE complained about last season. It's annoying to deal with and doesn't need as much gold as the AC did that season making its annoyance even quicker in a game. Really hope RIOT addresses this soon as this isn't a very fun meta to play at the moment with how its settling.
