Lil Soybean4 votesOuch. I was chat restricted for what Lyte said was 4 games of "negativity" for a bit, before I started being more cautious. It wasn't "toxicity" but I was negative and talked too much so I got briefly chat restricted.
I didn't think I'd lose out on the Season Rewards just for that... :/ That seems like a bit much. The punishment was issued and worked through, and it was an isolated incident...for it to prevent me from getting Gold rewards all the way at the end of the season seems like I'm just being casually lumped in with toxic ragers who got banned.
P.S. OP, your poll is worded in a way that could be very confusing, since you're asking if they should 'not' give the rewards. That means answering no is saying, "no, I think they shouldn't not give the rewards. Meaning they should give the rewards." See how it gets confusing?
It'd be easier if you just asked, "Should chat restricted players receive end-of-season rewards?" So that "yes" was a simple, "yes, I think they should receive them." Rather than the current double-negative situation.

N1ght Pizza1 votesGot low priority 20 mins queue because my net was acting up for a week that was out of my control because of my ISP, got the 20 min low priority queue while playing ranked 5's with my challenger team, we even ended up winning, god damn this upsets me so much; work so hard for something and don't even get it because of something that's not in your control, sigh
Desiderium1 votesI don't play Ranked so this doesn't bother me much, but I did get a couple of automated unjust chat restrictions on my account, and if that was the reason why I couldn't have my hard-earned Ranked rewards, I would be positively and lividly pissed.
So while this doesn't effect me, I can sympathize.
