You can make katarina new meta in jungle by increasing her daggers damage like150% and her mobility is high so she can do great ganks

Also she's basically already a jungler. When is Katarina ever in lane? But honestly, just make everyone a jungler at this point. Dilute the pool as much as possible. Burn out that entire role and let's stop pretending there is any integrity to it.

so back to earlier seasons when you could jungle any champion. i say yes.

Yes she needs 150%more dmg to monsters She isn't already jungle she just can jungle but need a good leash and get some early kills (like twitch)
