I got a ward skin from a capsule but I didn't recieve it, it has been two days now.

I'm not entirely sure but I think Ward skins get permanent immediately which means they do not appear in the loot tab. Instead you should be able to find them in your "collection" tab. Look for it there and if you still don't find them, you should submit a support ticket.
