What's a good Lulu build?(FULL BUILDS ONLY)

I usually just build Frost Queens's Claimitem 3092 then into ROA or Rylais and go tank AP. Is there a good actual supp build for her? Like what supp item to actually get and what to build after that. I know to build CDR boots so. ALSO ONLY FULL BUILDS OF 6 ITEMS and BUILD PATH and about what points in the game I should have them. Thank you!! EDIT: I SAID SUPPORT BUILDS NOT CRIT OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT! SUPP BUILDS ONLY!!

You have Whimsey you don't need boots.

GAMEPLAN:

  1. Steal every cs from your ADC.
  2. If they ragequit, great; you have more exp in lane.
  3. Taunt as much as you can
  4. Write gg ez in all chat after every kill or mistake
  5. win

Roa, morello, banshee, rabadon, and eye of the watcher. You can chose boots depending on situation.

item 3092 item 2045 item 3158 item 3504 item 3107 with item 3190 or item 3742 Pretty solid 40% cdr in there. Sometimes item 3050 works.
