Whats going on with matchmaking?

Okay, first before I would like to thank anyone who takes the time to read, and/or, post about this.

Over the past week I have been in some crazy match-ups. Primarily in team builder, but also in normals. Below I attached my last two matches. Now clearly, I shouldn't be playing games against others that separated in rank. I can't Que with a plat as a silver, why can I be matched against them?

So we have a game with me as twitch and my team with an average MMR of 1383 against a team with MMR of 1794. Now I understand thats estimated MMR, the site says im around 1450 MMR.. Why does this happen? How is it mismatching me to this extent?

Now the other pics were from the game I played just before the twitch game. Clearly riot hates me, or they think making me face plats and diamonds all day is going to make me into the next LCS star.

I'm happy the server is about to go under for maintenance because i've been tilting about this for a couple days now. Its constant, and I could use a break. I'm trying to learn new champs, and master mechanics. Having me face people that already have them mastered, or at least a better grasp on them isn't beneficial to me. I shouldn't have to be so frustrated to the point that I post about it on the forums.

Team builder: TB adjusts to how many times you have played that role on team builder...

Normals: Elo is known to be different because it is calculated separately. SO people who play ranked constantly will have a low normal MMR.

In ranked: The only thing I see that could happen here is people doing there promotionals. However since the MMR is listed I doubt it's that. In ranked if that actually did happen that makes no sense and should be addressed immediately.

EDIT: I see none of the pictures you posted are ranked games so the ranked explanation above is not necessary.
