@Meddler : Context on Ryze Changes

Hey Meddler, Can we get an update on Ryze? His general win rate has plummeted completely after the latest set of changes. I'm also curious why you went with a duration nerf to his W when you said you were going to change it to a projectile. Is that change still happening and will he receive buffs when that goes through? I know he is causing problems in Pro play but he certainly doesn't dominate as hard as Azir did and his winrate is now even lower than Azir. I also figure that his top lane is far more toxic than his mid lane, is there any chance we can get him kicked out of top lane without making him useless in mid lane? Thanks, -A bronze ryze main
