Swain is insanely strong, but lacks really fast DPS like Cassiopeia, Karthus, or Azir, which is why hitting your W is crucial. If you really wanna try and burst people down with him, a liandry's would do you good. He can carry pretty well, and it's pretty easy to 1v2+ with him.
