Ezreal needs some love

Besides the blue build Ezreal thing not much has changed about him. Im sure he's considered to be in a "good place" but it saddens me that he doesn't seem to be getting any attention at all in terms of changes. Am I wrong to think that? He IS my favorite champion, but feel like when it comes to playing ranked with him unless the enemy is REALLY bad I'm not gonna be able to carry the game and win. Other champs just seem to do his job better also, but maybe I'm just bias. Any thoughts?
