Ivebeen trying to play xin but its not letting me or even givingme my skin look that i got in a chest a rare xin skin and theres not a marker alerting me of any bugs ive already checked my other account, logged out log back in, unistalled and reinstalled xin still down. What the heck is goin on RIOT!!

LostFr0st1 votesWhat queue are you trying to play him in? The only scenario that I can think of is that you're trying to play him in ranked but you don't actually own Xin and he shows up in custom games because he's on free rotation this week.
