They plan to remove all immobile melee champions from Top into the Jungle.
Top lane is gonna become mostly for ranged matchups with your melees going to the jungle. It's the future.

It is not the future since this is already happening. Every single damned Toplane champion can be destroyed by every single damned ADC or apparently Support champion and being made irrelevant for the rest of the game
Because junglers can't afford to visit top lane, even if they get a kill, they lose objectives bot, and if top roams he loses two or three platings... I hope the changes allow for top to roam a bit more.

Yes. All the immobile melees should be moved from top lane to jungle. Then only the mobile bruisers and ranged will be left. Which the mobile bruisers counter, so now it will only be the mobile melees. Meaning Top lane will now be the paradise of bruiser on bruiser skill matchups. This is the first thing Riot has done in a while that is actually good.
What's more concerning is that they are trying to move instant-one shot assassins like Talon and Zed into the jungle. Cause it's so fun to play against Rengar and Khazix, why not have a Talon vaulting over the wall and instantly destroying you.
With how advantageous range is in this game wouldn't surprise me.
