Gamemod to Game Summary Crash

After a recent patching today I've discovered that after each game (Howling Abyss ARAM) the game does NOT return to post game summary page. Instead it never recovers after clicking Victory or Defeat but lays dormant. When clicking on the .exe shortcut I always get a message saying the app has already started.

I have to log in again. Any advice? I usually click "Play Again"
