new ranked system is a shittshow

I am playing rankeds with a friend i am silver 2 he is gold 4 and every game we play feels so bad, like everyone is pre-bronze level. I think with the new system they improved higher elos so the games have better quality but low to mid elos are trash. The games are basically a coin flip of which team has the worst players and wins no matter what you do does't matter and people snowball so easily there is rarly a chance of comeback too. If you are having the same issue please let it be known cause now the game feels awful whether you win or lose.
