Is there a reason that REAL (Not random) U.R.F. is gone? Making U.R.F. random kind of ruins it in my (as well as a lot of other players) opinion. It becomes a game of who gets the best 'URF champ.' And beyond that, half the fun of URF comes from playing with friends, and trying combos, or team comps that are simply impossible to actually achieve in ARURF. Just wondered if there was a reason for changing the most loved RGM of League.
I still say we do Nemesis URF, so the other 70% of the champion pool gets significant play. Those are REAL shenanigans.

Riot has found that more people get tired of regular URF faster as compared to ARURF. I love both modes, and while I would like regular URF to come back every once in a while (say, at least once a year), I agree with their decision to have ARURF in the RGMQ rather than regular URF.
That being said, I definitely think they should implement regular URF custom games while ARURF is in the match making queue. That way you can still play with your friends and do silly comps or combos or what have you.
There are 20 champions kids spammed during URF. Everyone got tired of it fast so Riot went ARAM with it, which made the game mode 1% less cancer.
there is no reason for arurf now. we have ten bans. like it sucks being forced to play garbage champs in urf when they get the good ones. let me have the champs i want.
