I am a bronze 5 but for what ever reason the game is queuing me up with anything from silver to plat any one know why or what league did to match making but its just not fair to pair me with a freaking plat player

You just played some ARAM games, so, are you talking about ARAM's? Matchmaking Rating (MMR) between ARAM or Normals or Ranked are all separate, so you're being matched with other players based on your wins in ARAM only, and their Rank is not a factor in this. I wouldn't worry too much about their Rank unless you're playing in Ranked.

The plat-silver player was in a premade with a bronze player, therefore pulling him into the game.
The plat-silver player was on tilt and his *MMR was substantionally lower than the average for his ELO, or you were doing well and your MMR was high for your ELO
You just got really unlucky. I'm in mid gold and get players anywhere from bronze to diamond.

*MMR is your hidden "skill" stored as a number by RIOT. If you do well, it goes up, if you do poor, it goes down. This way, for example, if you were a player who is rofl-stomping silver players in your silver 4 ELO, your MMR will go up and you will start to face better players that have a similar MMR.
