Coming back to League after a few years.. WTF happened to Fiora?

Fiora I suppose I can deal with the fact that a trained fencer now prances around like a ninny, but what is the point of her ultimate? I honestly cannot puzzle out what "reveals weak points, and if they are struck" blah blah blah means, exactly. As far as I can tell I'm supposed to fire off the ult when doing autoattacks and hope the enemy is so stupid they don;t instantly retreat? Please help me understand.

It's nice to see they dropped the concept of "Summoners" from the lore. That was pretty stupid. Nobody would submit to that.

Don't start at the front. Ult from the side of them and use the movement speed you get plus your q to get to their far side. Use your e slow and the movement speed buff to hit the third. Chase them down to get the last one in front and hopefully killing them with the crit from e.

It means they gave sustain and teamfight utility to a true damage dualist/diver.

forget everything you thought you knew about the game ...

that is the best way to approach coming back to playing

Because you remember Fiora's old ult? It had teamfight utility. She divided the strikes amongst whoever was in the fight. It seems like this rebuild is about some nebulous "duelist" concept rather than making her a viable pick.

Also can't say I'm a fan of this reddit thing they have going here. What was wrong with the old forums?
