playing againts bots ( AI ) higher than intermedate

dear riot,

just my thoughts, is it possible to permanent create an higher difficuty against bots ( AI ) more than intermedate. where their movement are more random so we as players cant really anticipate when the bots are gonna gank or split push. if possible that even the bots starting to jungle too. it will be like a ranked game against bots ( AI ). they will have acces to full masteries , place wards etc. let me know what you think guys.
