the item is terrible and there is zero reason it should be kept in its current state. Literally nobody builds this travesty of an item

I think you are getting the wrong idea. They are removing the item, but the name will go to something else because it was a reward for refer a friend back in the old days, and the person who won happens to be a popular yt whos name is letter to letter on that item. I was honestly shocked it was him. The item's purpose is dead since other stuff can do it (hell, champs can tower dive and make tower damage not even do anything).

So TL;DR: The item is out, but the name will go to a new item that will have a healthy purpose.

The item shoudl be used on the diver calss bc they dive and turret dive but too dive you need damage to kill and the item give weir d stats not important not good item bad item remve item i dont use him
