Pick Pantheon

Runes: Everything attack speed

Masteries: 21/9/0

What to do: Build a dagger .Attack scuttle crab and stack your passive. Level up your W. Then do dragon. Use W if your passive isn't up and dragon is about to attack you.

I feel like this should be nerfed.Thank you for reading.

You don't need everything in attackspeed. 9% attackspeed in runes and 0 in masteries are already enough if you have full mana (so you can instantly interrupt your E). And you don't have to max W. Just max Q.
