Katarina ult reset wtf

Alright so I was playing some Katarina, late game during the last team fight,I ulted and got a triple, i ulted again after chasing an enemy for a quadra, I again ulted a lux for a penta. Is Katarinas ult supposed to reset or something, i'm not sure why ult reseted 3 times over a period of 20 seconds.

15 sec cd reduction for every kill or assist.

read her passive it applies to her ult as well

Read her passive. It's not strange for that to happen if some cdr was build on top of getting resets.
