Casual Queue Request

It'd be nice if we could have a queue where leaving/afk wasn't as harshly punished, and you could report someone for tryharding. Just something for someone to have a little fun with this game, with going on a 4 game losing streak, in a single day. I just want to enjoy the game, but then we get tryhard players who main things like Zed, and it just ruins all the fun when you are constantly stomped by freelo, 100-0, fed, snowballing players who just suck all the fun away. I'm not blaming any particular champion, I'm just upset at how I can't have a decent game with decent players, because I keep encountering people whose only goal is to win, even if the enemy team is just suffering to the point where it becomes so intolerable that you wonder why this is even in a video game. If video games are entertainment, meant mostly for fun, why should it be fine to let any random person turn it directly into a pit of despair and ruin for the others?
