Hey Riot, what are your thoughts on the current state of Talon?

His win rate in mid has dropped to roughly 45%. His win rate in top lane seems to be higher- but his pick rate is incredibly low there and it's hard to tell if it's just due to top lane Talons picking into much more advantageous match ups and it feels off to me that a key part of his current identity- the roaming- isn't utilized where he has the highest winrate and is utilized the most where he has his worst winrate (jungle).

What are current thoughts on Talon? With the recent patch, Leblanc, Rengar, and Akali have all received changes aiming to bring them more in line with a balanced states but Talon has received nothing and there's been a radio silence about him. Does Riot have any plans to look at Talon? Was his rework considered successful? His gameplay in lane seems rather limited and gimmicky, since playing around his W range leaves him unable to proc his passive and limits his trade potential- which in turn hurts his roaming. Has Riot considered increasing his wave clear (bonus damage to minions on rake, perhaps) to increase his non-combat utility and enable him to roam more frequently? As things are now, it feels like his weaknesses leave him unable to utilize his strengths when they should be most valuable.

When people stop trying to instagib ADCs with full spell mashing and actually focus on instead out playing their targets, Talon will have more success. I've played a fair amount of Talon but I'm no Talon main, but even then I'm doing fine on new Talon, because I play NEW TALON, I don't play OLD TALON.
