in the beginning nothing was meta. players had to play for themselves who was good and who was bad. and in the upcoming season that is how the meta will be made. champs who have been in meta in the past have a better chance of being in meta this season. but nothing is meta until it is tried. if enough players play something off meta and it ends up working then it will become meta.
