Got Gingerbead Ward from Hextech Crafting and disappeared

So I opened a chest like usual and got the Gingerbread Ward skin from it.It was not really an usual opening since the ward name was glitched it was something like **loot_ward_item_7 or something like that.I said ok and activated it with essence.Now when I try to select it it isn't there.This happened yesterday if i remember it right.I know im from EUNE but i posted on NA cause rioters don't give a damn on the EU boards

This sounds like something for either the Report a Bug forum, or a support ticket (support link is on the top of the page).

the same thing happened to me (it was loot_ward_item_18, the ward with roses) and if I look at my account it tells me that I bought it (amount 0). I also can't find it anywere.
