I think zoe sleep is broken because if u max it your e cdr is lower so you can keep spamming that and buy cdr items you cant do anything against

Anyway don't worry, she'll get her nerfs in due time, in fact majority of people have plain out ban her in ranked 90% of the time cause she's busted/confusing.
