It's not, its a tantrum thrown by a spoiled child that didn't get his way. This game is great and has been for YEARS, they misstep every once in a while, but Riot does an EXCELLENT job of listening to the boards (Even though its full of this brain-dead garbage from you and MajeesticWolf) and then comparing that to real data that occurs throughout thousands of games daily, and using that to push through changes that are needed and healthy for the game. Then you get emotionally unstable people like MajeesticWolf that come on here as a BRONZE 4 player, telling everyone that the game is shit and unbalanced when he's in the literal (checked op.gg) BOTTOM 7% of players that exist in this game.
I'm fine with critiquing Riot, they deserve it sometimes. (You can see my Blitzcrank skin post on my board's profile is an example of me giving feedback about a skin Riot released before it was ready. ) But senseless, baseless rage posts like this should not be catered to, especially when OP doesn't understand how the game works enough to give decent feedback.

So you don't think people are entitled to have an opinion if their rank is too low? That's not very nice, you attempting to silence someone out of their opinion.
While OP's post isn't properly organised, nor is it logical, it's still a nice thing to have on these boards since everyone's opinion SHOULD be valued or at least taken into account.
Riot does an excellent job of listening to the boards? Is that why you hardly ever see Riot respond to posts, even if they have an insane upvote value? They don't do a very good job at all since they're too busy listening to the competitive (LCS) scene and Korea for what to do next in terms of balance.
As for non-balance related things such as the new BE system, game toxicity and things of that nature Riot has shown us that they do not take our words into account at all, hence why we haven't really seen much change at all.

If say...Urgot were to have a 70% winrate on ONLY NA they would not look into it, unless he was that high in Korea+the LCS as well, which would force them to change him.
Additionally this interaction based on "real data" is what caused Shaco to become a clusterfuck of issues after his rework since Riot nerfed every available option apart from bruiser Shaco to the ground.

Let's be real here, Riot missteps a LOT, otherwise people would be generally happy. Riot has especially misstepped recently since they messed with runes which players had grown accustomed to and the IP system which was inherently better than this current BE system.
However, you are right, bitching in an informal manner will likely not result in feedback nor change.
No, I will not join him for DOTA 2 since DOTA 2 is not my style, and I will not join him for Hearthstone since Hearthstone is really pay2win.
