Riot How, How is this not an S?

I'm not normally one to complain and this is my first post doing so, but this was just insane. How did I not get an S? I could maybe understand if just the Syndra and Leblanc got an S, but the fact that Warwick got one and Kassadin got an S+ when I outperformed him in every way (top dps in the game by the way), is ridiculous. I get it, it's just an ARAM and it's not that important, but as a support main, this happens to me all the time, I thought they fixed this?

That's got to hurt. I'd say it's because in the game that last not even 10 minutes, 6/2/18 is only better than 70% of players, not 80%.

Before I even opened this thread, I knew the answer would be "CS". CS is about 80% of your letter grade, regardless of game mode or role. Even supports need high CS to get a good grade from Riot.
