Tired of how Riot is running this game

Been playing ranked since last year and I'm writing this because I'm tired of how riot is running the game. Since it is pre-season so I understand those "fun" picks and other stuffs. But people who ints and afk doesn't get punished but people who criticizing them gets banned. I wonder what's the border of getting punished, really though.. I've been dropping from G2 to G5 now. mostly because of inters and also balance systems. Obviously my MMR is so low that I lose 21 lp for losing. Since i'm not always the best in my team so I understand losing the games. But I wonder how I can drop so much from G2 even if I'm not doing that bad.. I don't belong to G5 I can say this because people I face are easy for me. But how my teammates play gives me question about how can this be happening over like 30 or more games? Since my mmr is average in G5 so I should be having team that is actually around enemy team's level. But I do not have that. I win 1 game cause I'm good or not but lose 2 games even if I do good. It is a team game top jg mid bot lane is pretty balanced well. People say jg is the best, it's true but if one of the lane loses hard, that effects the whole game. It's actually so sad for me that I know I am better than these people and I deserve to climb but I just can't do that because of the balance system. I guess it's just time for me to stop playing league. Not fun to play when I can't achieve my goal not because I'm bad. Was fun to play league but can't find that anymore. Thanks!
