Tanks
I honestly think that tanks have way to much power in the meta, it is absurd that a full armor Rammus can tank 10-12 turret shots and those shots do 80-300 damage to him. This is really dumb. And i know you will say that "you know that's what tanks are for" and that's fine but i feel like it is unhealthy that a that one single champion (like Rammus for example) can be so tanky and tank so many tower shots and many other things but still do the damage equivalent of a low level mage while tanking multiple tower shots. I feel like that Turrets should do % max health dmg to champions in the form of mixed damage.
Mixed damage: the damage should be changed depending on your Armor and Magic Resist stats. For example, if you have more Armor then MR the turret should do max % health damage in the form of magic damage to balance out the fact that, that said champion has more Armor than MR. and vise versa.
