Theoretically maximum CS@10

Okay guys I got a question.

I just had an argument with someone in game about the maximum CS@10min you can get. Basically, I didnt have a lane opponent toplane (they were double jungling and i got ganked a few times but that's not the issue) and he said that without lane opponent I should have gotten 150cs in 10 mins.

He said that as soon as t2 is damaged, an extra CS spawns every wave and that with krugz i should have managed.

Can you confirm if there is an "extra minion" mechanic and if it's possible to reach 150cs in 10 mins ?

150 minions in 10 minutes is unrealistic, even if freefarmed. The guy doesnt know what he's talking about and get numbers out of his...

You can only do that with extra farm (yorick ghouls, heimer towers, shaco boxes) when your opponent is intentionally 'feeding you those'

And what would be the theoretical highest number possible achievable ? Imagining perfect conditions but no intentional feed on the opponent part like you just mentioned ?

if memory serves it's 100, 50 minions spawn every 50 minutes, and 20 cs or so is a kill in gold and exp might be less now maybe like 14 or 15 correct me if I'm wrong someone, realistically if you had a lane opponent aim for about 80 to 85, to account for backs, being zoned etc
