Trade Keys and Chests
Have the opportunity to trade chests and keys with other people Some people get more keys than chest and vice versa.
This will help people get rid of the chest that they cannot open and the keys that they can't use.

Paroe3 votesConsidering you get keys pretty frequently (as long as i get honored once or twice a session i get a key frag next time i log in) and boxes pretty frequently, trading THEM is a bad idea. Also you can buy keys and boxes... so trading them would be a bad idea.
What WOULD be a good idea is a web-based trading board utilizing the forums where your inventories can be looked at and traded at will - i have a 1350 pike skin i will never build; Id love a cool kindred skin. Being able to trade THAT would make a lot of sense.

The keys, I can understand, but not everyone can be fortuitous; having the option to trade keys for chests or vice versa would feel rather satisfying to those who have a surplus of one or the other. There are also those who do not want to pour more money into a game than they need to.
The trading of loot WOULD be a good idea assuming anyone has a skin to trade in the first place. Besides, people can reroll or recycle skins, so they are more valuable to keep offhand. In other words; why bother beyond "I hope someone trades with me"?

Yeah, like the current system? Supply for cool skins will be much less than the demand for them.
You assume people only buy skins for their mains and not just cool ones... I bought santa veigar because its his best skin, not because im veigar main.

Ayzev1 votesProbably not very easy to implement that in the client, and that effort certainly won't be rewarded, since the more stuff you can get for free, the less incentive you have to buy anything.

Jaspers1 votesI'm currently on a rotation of 10-11 keys with earning 1 chest a week. I get about 1 key a week. So the keys will never go down from 10. So I'm for this but...
They are more likely and should introduce the ability to purchase just chest or just keys (not together) from the store. Would solve that problem. They don't at the moment right?

VaVoem1 votesi think the idea was.. if you play a lot of diff champs and get S ratings you get a chests. if you get a lot of honours you get keys. (iam only lvl 4 in the honour system)
