Could someone explain to me how roles are picked in Rank Queue?

So, this game kinda pissed me off. I choose Jung/Mid as Primary and Secondary, Dude A picks Top/Fill, Dude B Jung/Top, my friends picks Sup/Mid, the the ADC was Bot/Mid.

The game choose it this way:

Me = Mid Dude A = Jung Dude B = Top Friend = Sup ADC = Bot

I aksed the Jung if he would trade, he said he sucked Mid, so I didn't, game starts, the jung sucks hard, I ask him what's the matter, he answers with "This is my 4th game in jung" and that his role was Top, this in Diamond 2. Top asks him why the hell didn't he ask to swap, since he wanted Jung, he didn't answer.

Now, how the heck does that make sense? Dude A could have gone Top, Dude B Jung and me Mid. That way, I would be the only secondary in the team, instead of having 3 secondaries.

The fill pick threw it all out of whack. Usually when you pick fill, you're going to fill a role over getting whatever else you choose just because Fill will throw you into a game quicker. When someone goes fill an ends up in your game it will also throw the other selections out of whack because of the fill role.

As for the filler not wanting to swap, well it happens. People are clowns and clowns lose games.

Why the hell can't we just queue for one role... like seriously. They almost gave us what we wanted, but didn't. Idc about queue times, I can do other things while waiting in a queue if it means I actually get to play the game I want to play.
